What is Qi Gong? – Ji Hong Tai Chi Mississauga

Practicing Qigong regularly improves our overall well-being.  It is a natural and holistic way to be in charge of our body physically and emotionally.  The more one practices Qigong, the more Qi you will develop internally and the more energetic you will feel. To quote Hua Tuo, patriarch of Chinese medicine and early Qigong master: “Just as a door hinge will not rust if it is used, so the body will attain health by getly moving and exercising all of the limbs”.

Tai Chi Retreat in Jamaica – Ji Hong Tai Chi Mississauga

This was one of the most enjoyable vacations that I’ve had in a very long time. I think it was the company that made it memorable and endearing.  Even midway through the week, many of us were already thinking we have to do this again. Just writing this blog and looking through the pictures have brought back fond memories. I do look forward to our next tai chi retreat, perhaps 2019.
